My Approach
Welcome et bonjour. Admitting you need help is not always easy, but it is a powerful first step. Reaching out takes courage and reflects strength, not weakness. My goal is to offer a safe and supportive space where you feel truly heard, welcomed, and understood. From there, we work together to explore what may be happening beneath the surface and develop tools that support greater self-understanding and confidence moving forward.

What It Is Like to Work With Me
In therapy, I bring a calm and supportive presence as you move through experiences that may feel heavy or confusing. Together, we gently explore patterns, behaviours, and inner dialogue that may be shaping how you see yourself, including those that may be difficult to recognize on your own.
You can think of me as a kind and honest mirror, helping you better understand yourself while moving forward with greater self-compassion and clarity.
If you are looking for a therapist who focuses on your strengths, supports your growth, and creates a space where you can show up fully and feel understood, welcomed, and heard, I would be honoured to take those first steps alongside you.

Outside of Work
I love spending time with my husband, my son, and the rest of my family and friends, especially when there is good food, music, and laughter. You will often find me dancing to Afrobeat, Latin music, Zouk, Kompa, or pop music, anything with a rhythm that gets me moving.
Travel is also an important part of my life. I enjoy discovering new countries, exploring cultures, tasting local dishes, and experiencing what makes each place unique.
When I am at home, I often enjoy trying new recipes, especially baking. I am the go-to cake maker in my family for special occasions. For me, baking is a creative outlet, like making art you can eat.
