Our Policies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, to manage our therapists’ schedules effectively and accommodate other clients, we require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations, except in emergencies.

• Less Than 48 Hours
  Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to payment of half of the session fee.
• Less Than 24 Hours
  Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, will be subject to payment of the full session fee.

Payment Policy

Payment by credit card or e-transfer is required on the day of your session upon receipt of your invoice. Late payments cannot be accommodated.

Repeated late payments will lead to the discontinuation of therapy services and a referral to another practice.
