I see individuals aged 17+ and couples, in person, over the phone and through secured video.

I use an integrative approach, psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, Solution-focused therapy, Existential therapy, etc.) to help my clients find solutions and face challenges that negatively impact their lives. My experiences have made me equipped to work with adults struggling with behavioural disturbances related to depression, anxiety (social anxiety, panic attacks, stress), relationship issues (familial, romantic), trauma, abuse, suicide risk, self-harm, and life/developmental transitions.

Our first session together will focus on building a safe space to figure out your needs and clarify your therapeutic goals. My objective for us is to develop a deeper understanding of who you are, what brought you to therapy, your history, your struggles, and your goals moving forward. In our first session, I will answer all your potential questions and concerns about the process of psychotherapy. My hope is to facilitate understanding, empowerment, and strategies through an open shared experience in therapy.

I truly believe that by unpacking our past and exploring how it relates to our present lives, we can unlock a future that promotes a healthy mental well-being.
